Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant.
This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus.

« Das Frühstück war wirklich toll und bot eine gute Auswahl. Besonders schön waren auch die Yoga- und Meditationskurse mit einem super sympathischen und kompetenten Trainer. Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas klein, und im Oktober war abends leider nur das hoteleigene Restaurant geöffnet. Das Essen dort war zwar sehr gut, preislich aber eher im gehobenen Segment.
Alles in allem war es ein wunderschönes Wochenende und eine tolle Auszeit! »
« I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult.
