« When we checked into this property we were lucky enough to be welcomed by the beautiful and friendly manager named Karen. (If she isn't the manager, she should be!). She gave us a tour of our suite and the property and upon learning the Giuseppe Suite was available for our week stay, we instantly upgraded.
