« Very conscientious and empathetic host who has done her best to provide everything you could possibly need or want. This is also one of the only vacation rentals I’ve been to that actually had good bedding and high quality pillows and blankets in a human quantity. Good coffee from the nespresso machine too! I have the location a 4/5 only because people like to drive fast on market street and if you request a ride from Waymo it is kind of an arduous walk to get to the pickup point a street down...

« This property has a lot going for it & could be a great value. Be aware that it’s operated by a team—maybe many properties are, but that’s not been my experience. While a lot of reviewers report good visits, based on our visit, the team has some housekeeping details and management issues to work on. Our biggest concern is that we were without water in one bathroom sink for more than 24 hours. I assume this type of problem is an unusual occurrence, still the response left something to be desired....

« The owner did not communicate at all. My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco. Stay away. »
