„Had a wonderful stay. Home was in impeccable condition, and great for our family gathering. Loved the downstairs game room area, the wraparound decks, and the local wildlife (wild turkey, deer, etc.). Somewhat lengthy gravel road access (well maintained road) should be noted for those with motorcycle only transport. We trailered our bikes, so no issue for us. Thank you!“

„We enjoyed our time in this lovely, clean cottage and absolutely loved Bayfield. Its proximity to Pagosa Springs, Durango and all the great hiking trails in the San Juan mountains was perfect for us. We liked Bottom Shelf Brewery so much that we visited twice. Also loved the fenced in yard for the dogs. “

„This is a great property with a fantastic view. Everything was well maintained and cared for with good consideration to decor and function. The only very minor issues we experienced were the back door not opening and some of the weeds could have been mowed, but otherwise everything was great!“

„Great, privately located house with million dollar views! We absolutely loved the large attached deck with what must be the largest hot tub on the market. A fantastic place to socialize and eat while enjoying the outdoors and fantastic views. We could have spent all day out there. But the house is just as nice. „Wonderful experience and very responsive (yet discreet) hosts. It was a bit hot in August, but closing the blinds during the sunny hours and putting a fan in open windows at night cooled it down enough for us. The creek is so nice, wildflowers and butterflies and birds, a breezy porch... We were sad to leave when it was over. Lots of board games, too, which our kids loved! A nice fire pit by the creek.
