« It was a lovely and comfortable stay with a very luxe bed and A/C that worked great! »

« Never stay here Horrible »

« The location was excellent! It is right on the beach. The windows were difficult to see thru, probably a result of the harsh ocean environment. There was a hand written sign on the screen, ‘Do not open’. It would be nice to open the screen to get a clear unobstructed view of the ocean. The curtains on the front of the unit were secured with clips, but several were broken, so they looked a little tacky. The host was great to work with and answered our questions before we arrived and helped us...

« There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area. »

« Great walking along the beach sidewalks for miles going both directions. We also rode bikes there. Great people watching here :-) »

« We really enjoyed the location—it was amazing! It was so close to the beach and the Belmont area, which made it easy to walk everywhere without having to use our car.One thing that caught us by surprise was that we didn’t see anywhere in the listing that mentioned there was no air conditioning, so we weren’t expecting that. The listing does mention that the garage is small, but even with our small car, we weren’t able to fit it inside. Before our stay, I asked about a high chair after the host...

« Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach. »

« Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby. »

« Condo was very clean and only steps to the beach and several good places to eat. Michael, our host, was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Check-in super easy. »

« Love this location. Units are updated and very clean. We’ve stayed here 5x and to come back many more times. »

« Such a great location and nice place- we thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved how all the kitchen drawers and cupboards were labeled with what was inside them. Such a great convenience! Amazing view!! »

« Great place. Would stay there again! »

« We enjoyed our stay, however for large parties we could have used extra toilet paper, and extra trash bag liners. The mini-split in master bedroom made an awful noise all night long could not figure after I turned it off why it was still making a loud noise. But overall we enjoyed our stay »

« The location is unbeatable. The house was clean and spacious. It really does fit 14 with the Murphy bed and ottomans which were surprisingly comfortable for the kids. Most our needs were responded to and taken care of promptly. We had issues with the amount of silverware and shower and those were fixed right away but the microwave didn’t work our whole stay. They also only supply two days of laundry soap and dish soap even though we were there for a four-night stay.Things to note:1. There is a...

« Great location! Easy to communicate with host »

« The location is really what you're paying for. It's only a block away from the beach and Belmont Park. That was awesome. The parking space for your vehicle is really small. You need a compact car or you're in trouble. I didn't realize it was an upstairs unit so navigating stairs with all the luggage and stuff was a bit cumbersome. I LOVED that the unit is in the alleyway of Starbucks. So, I could hop over there every day for coffee. If you keep the windows open, which we did because it...
