« Some of the staff were helpful, but there were some maintenance issues (hot tub jets not working, broken floor tiles, no drain stopper in sink) and cleanliness issues (dirty spots on towels and bedspread, dirty tile floor, dusty tub). We’ve been in some nice LaQuintas so perhaps this was a management or upkeep issue. »

« Pros was a clean room.. Cons, the housekeeping staff tries to barge into your room in the morning at 8:30 am. No knock, just barge in, then proceeds to come back and barge in every 30 mins, when calling the front desk the still don’t listen, and front desk responds you need to request no housekeeping. I was there for one night. Also front desk is indifferent. Too busy hanging with his friends. Seems like the hotel staff at the time was just incompetent teenagers »

« Nous avons passé un bon moment à cet hôtel. La personne à la réception était très agréable et souriante et nous a bien renseigné. Le petit déjeuner était simple, classique mais très bon. Nous avons juste eu du mal avec les machines à laver et sèche linge qu'il y a aux différents étages de l'hôtel. La plupart était hors service (l'une avait même une vitre brisée ce qui était dangereux) et il fallait jongler entre les différents étages pour savoir à quel endroit trouver de la lessive, quel étage...

« Was hesitant about booking, price was much lower than other hotels in the area.( Usually cheaper doesn't mean as good) but was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. Room had all the amenities including a full refrigerator. Only bad thing was the outside exit would not open with key card and no continental breakfast. Would stay again! »

« This location is great for Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It is clean and has all the new items. It is still in remodeling mode. But when finished will be 5 star. »

« When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...
