« Great, private location. As advertised. Enjoyed the fireplace but didn’t have time for outdoor fire. Well-appointed - incl. puzzles and games - and clean in all the places that mattered. The one twin bed (far side of room) could use a new mattress so it can be more comfortably used by adults. Or better yet, replace it with a double bed so all 3 couples can be comfortable. Appreciated all the provided info on hikes. Should’ve stayed longer so we could’ve explored them. Thanks! »

« We stayed 2 nights in Black Mountain at this AWESOME little cabin. Such a cute, clean little cabin. We loved the layout of this place, and the fact that is is so close to town. It is so much bigger than it looks like from the outside. It is decorated beautifully and we 100% recommend others stay here. (We were so sad when it was time to leave).Also, our host John was great to work with. He was always so quick to respond.We definitely would come back again. »

« My girlfriend and I had a great time staying at Falcon’s Perch. The roads leading to the cabin are windy and adventurous, but definitely do-able in a 2WD if you’re concerned. We were at first, but the property manager, Rachel, was very understanding, reassuring and promptly answered every question we had. « This is our second time at Ma & Pa's because we love it so much. It feels straight out of a fairytale. We go to work, reconnect, and relax which is hard to nail all at once, but this cabin helps us do just that. It is close enough to town to hop out and grab a bite, but cozy enough to stay in and cook. We do both. We love crossing the bridge to get in the cabin and the lights at night make it feel magical.
