« Bellissima casa in pietra sul fianco della collina, appena sotto il pittoresco paese di Civitella del Lago. Il posto è estremamente tranquillo (e non potrebbe essere altrimenti, visto che per raggiungere la casa bisogna percorrere 5 minuti di strada bianca!), ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo al paese, dove si trova tutto il necessario (alimentari, farmacia, poste, bar, ristoranti). La casa è circondata da un uliveto, ci sono fichi, altri alberi da frutto e lavanda (tantissima!), rosmarino,...
