« Beautiful cabin with everything we needed! My wife and I absolutely loved the updates and thanks, but now I have to go shopping for our home. Great location also! Recommend instructions on how to work the thermostat and a tv in the bedroom. Regardless, truly enjoyed staying here. »

« The cabin was clean and adequately supplied with a coffee/tea drawer. The bedroom was spacious with two comfortable queen beds. The owners were gracious hosts and offered farm fresh eggs for our stay. The outside fire pit and grill area had lots of seating and a picnic table. The property was close to biking and hiking trails and downtown Brevard! Beautiful area to visit! »

« The location of the cabin, which is a perfect size for 2-4 people, is such that you don't have neighbors and you are only a 10 minute drive to downtown Brevard. The view of the Smoky Mountains from the front porch was wonderful, and the cabin is very nicely appointed. It's a nice place and we had a great stay. »

« Very clean, updated cabins. We had two of the two bedroom one bath cottages. Well stocked with amenities. We are in town and spent the rest of the time on the back porch watching the rain sitting by the propane fires. Less than 10 minutes from Brevard. Thinking of making this our new stop on the way to dropping the kids at camp. Only reason for 4 stars on location is the proximity to hwy 64. It was a little loud but most of the time the creek drowned out the sound. »

« We stayed for 10 days and absolutely loved this property. It was amazing for anyone with dogs, as the huge deck is completely gated and our pups could play while we relaxed with no worries. They just loved romping around on our hikes, too! The beds were comfortable, and the great room had plenty of seating where we could sit and socialize. The Internet was spotty at times, so don't count on catching up with work--but who wants to...with TWO waterfalls, plenty of hiking, and even MORELS...

« We had a wonderful and relaxing trip to the treehouse lakehouse! The house was beautiful, and the location was beautiful and serene. I had several 18 year olds with me as it was their last spring break before college. It was so wonderful to see them unplug and be down by the lake at the firepit. They loved the bunkroom and I loved spending as much time as possible to the deck with my two dogs who were thrilled to be in the woods. The house is just as it is in the photos. The property...

« A great stay. The house looked like it was newly painted - very fresh. Beautiful view as promised. Owner dealt very quickly with one small issue. So grateful for the dog-friendliness of the house. I believe mattresses were inner spring firm. Great WiFi. »

« Enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cabin. EV Charger worked as advertised. Nice, tranquil view to watch sunset on front porch. A little bit of road noise nearby, but not audible inside. Comfortable bed and futon. Good directions provided by property manager. Electronic lock entry. Would definitely stay again! »

« The cottage is as described-Comfortable, clean and well stocked with basic kitchen needs and seasonings.Communication was outstanding. Check in was a beeeze. Nice to soak in hot tub after hiking. Relaxing on the 3 different porches, especially the back one where you can hear the babbling brook, was a treat.I would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything »
