„The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth. The location is perfect—a few minutes walk to anywhere in the city center. Highly recommend.“

„We (six adults and three small kids) enjoyed a fantastic stay at the cottage. Good amenities in the cottage, ample space for sleeping, playing and eating and great surroundings. An ideal place for a family outing.“

The cottage was just perfect for what we needed and loved the bbq and fire pit for us to do ourselves, very quiet and is so isolated for location, you could hear a pin drop. Lovely hosts also that showed us around, very friendly and book with all local information and contact information if we needed any help also! We will definitely come back for longer in The future! “

„This is a lovely peaceful location which is also dog friendly. The cottage has everything you need. The location is very rural so transport is needed, but that means its very peaceful and relaxing. The historic City of Canterbury is nearby & this is an ideal base to explore north Kent. The garden outdoors, although shared between 3 properties is entirely enlcosed so its possible to let your dogs run free. There is a hot-tub (although we didn't use this). „This was a wonderful property. Communications from the host were excellent. We had a little difficult finding the property for the final bit, but if you follow the what3words location to venues.canyons.compiler, it will take you to the driveway entrance.All in all - highly recommended.“

„Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Schön eingerichtet. Ideale Lage direkt am Stadtzentrum. Die Kathedrale ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Duschen ist eher ein Abendteuer, aber möglich (eng, kaum Wasser wenn sonst noch irgendwo Wasser entnommen wird, Temperaturschwankungen). Man kann bei den aktuellen Preisen viel Geld sparen, wenn man nicht gegenüber wie empfohlen, sondern Station Road West Multi Storey Car Park parkt (Oberdeck).“

„Great location, easy to get to Canterbury, Margate and Dover. Wonderful historical building, with a host who helped us when we got lost (😂 it was way easier than we made it seem!) as well as giving the goods in regards to their pub recommendation. We had an amazing meal! Also helpful, kind hearted touchea such as washing pods, a teapot AND a kettle to brew a tea as you wonder at the view. “
