Cottage de plage classique pour animaux de compagnie Oceanfront récemment rénové!

Lorsque j'ai franchi les portes de cette maison pour la premiĂšre fois, j'ai Ă©tĂ© surpris par tout le charme Ă  l'ancienne de cette maison. Vous trouverez du pin noueux dans le salon. Un espace ouvert pour vous et votre famille pour profiter du temps autour de la maison ou vous pouvez vous Ă©vader pour vous reposer et vous dĂ©tendre dans l'une des trois chambres. La maison est livrĂ©e avec deux salles de bain complĂštes (l'une a une douche debout, vous pouvez danser dans l'autre a un combo baignoire / douche!). Les porches sont super aussi. Asseyez-vous du cĂŽtĂ© de l'ocĂ©an et remontez dans le temps oĂč l'agitation de la vie n'Ă©tait pas telle qu'elle est aujourd'hui. Vous entendrez les vagues dĂ©ferler et juste Ă  temps, vous pourrez vous promener sur votre terrasse privĂ©e jusqu'au sable. Si vous avez envie de vous allonger au soleil, il y a plein de transats et de chaises pour vous aussi. Et comme ma sƓur le dit toujours ... "nous ne mangeons jamais Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ", j'ai donc mis un ensemble de salle Ă  manger complet sur le porche pour que vous puissiez en profiter. Le porche arriĂšre face Ă  la route est l'endroit oĂč vous obtiendrez vos couchers de soleil et serez prĂȘt pour eux. Ils sont Ă©tonnants. Vous apprĂ©cierez une promenade ancienne, du sable, une immense plage et Ă  distance de marche de la vie nocturne, des jeux et de tout ce qu'il y a Ă  apprĂ©cier Ă  propos de CB. Surtout les beignets de Britt! Sensationnel..

Great place to relax and ejoy the ocean

My husband and I got married here on the beach at sunset. It's a beautiful location. Rebecca was absolutely wonderful about everything. This place is so relaxing. Good for families and couples.

The family enjoyed our stay. This is our 2nd time staying on the cottage house. It is convenient if you have little children as the beach is right in front of the house. There is a new swing on the back and the kids loved it. It is also now fenced in so it made the place more safe. We would definitely come back again.

Beautiful sunrise and great location!

Everything we could need (great appliances) and really nice back porch with private walkway to the dunes and ocean front. Walking distance to the canal and restaurants etc
really enjoyed our stay! Watched some beautiful sunrises and also enjoyed the front porch too. Favorite time of year at the beach lots of sun without the humidity. Highly recommend the drive to Michaels Seafood though, so good and “Island Burgers” bacon cheeseburgers are 5 Stars!!

Our family had a great time at the cottage. We have small children and they had a blast. The adults are enjoying the ability to walk the boardwalk to the beach from the cottage. The balcony is great watching the sunset and sunrise. Would love to come back again!

Absolutely Perfect in Every Way

This listing is 100% accurate. Everything mentioned is exactly how it is. This is a classic beach house. Hardwood floors and knotty pine in the living area. It could comfortably sleep 16. Everything is on one level which is beach level. The boardwalk to and from the beach enters the living space with no steps to climb. There are steps from street level. The house sits on two very large garage spaces with closing doors. There is an additional parking pad that could probably fit two cars parked end to end. Beach adventure

Perfect beach house. Cozy with plenty of room for the family. Great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk and good food. My family enjoyed the local attractions, Shopping and Britt’s Donuts, of course! We are already planning our trip for next summer!

A Wonderful Experience!

This cottage is just lovely. The house has tons of space and beds, the location is close enough to the boardwalk to just walk to it, and the private beach access really made it phenomenally easy to get to and from the beach. There's also plenty of restaurants around, and plenty of kitchen utensils in the house for when you might want to cook a meal and save some money, and the living room has plenty of space for a night in. Our group was all young adults, but the house also had plenty of things for families and children, lots of games and fun decor. Rebecca was so helpful and responsive, and checking in and out was easy. Having space to park multiple cars meant there were no difficulties with my geographically separated group traveling, and also meant we didn't have to pay for parking the entire week we were there! I would recommend stopping at the Publix on the way in for paper products and other toiletries, because they were not stocked when we arrived. But otherwise, the house had everything we needed, up to and including beach towels, shovels, frisbees, and even a beach cart. Really just a wonderful accommodation and trip. We were so sad to leave, and it's definitely on our radar for next year!

Perfect Vacation

We had an absolute blessing of a time. Location was phenomenal. We were able to walk right on to the beach and several restaurants and bars were also within walking distance as well as a convenient store. Overall, the property description was accurate, however, I will say if you drive a tall truck (as a couple of us did) it will not fit in the parking garage. Plenty of porch and deck room for the pups to have range which also included dog gates/doors that were extremely helpful. The outdoor rinse and shower areas came in handy. This property accommodated all that we needed and made this vacation extra special for my family!

Carolina Beach First Timers

The cottage was adorable! Our family loved waking up each morning being able to go right on the beach. It was nice to come and go through out the day and not have to completely pack up. The house had everything we needed. The only disappointment I have is, a grill is listed for use and it was available, but it didn’t work. The burners were old and fell apart when lit, which caused the grill to catch fire when attempting to cook on it. Also, the grease trap was left full and fell from the grill creating a huge mess. We had planned several meals around the use of a grill so that had to be improvised. But other than those few minor mishaps, our stay was wonderful.

Great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. I grew up going to Carolina Beach and I relived a lot of memories! Rebecca was fantastic to deal with and we are very appreciative for that. What a way to spend Easter weekend!

Great vacation home

The house was fully stocked and close to beach. The only two negatives were Deck was quite old and we were careful to wear shoes so not to get splinters. The last thing was that the motel visitors next door were up and yelling and playing load music until 1-2am many nights.

Beach cottage like I remember

Roomy home, peaceful back deck with view of dunes and sea oats, private walkway to a wide beach, knotty pine paneling in the family area like I remember beach cottages having when I was young, nice appliances, everything we needed to have a great week at the beach. A 10 minute walk to Britts donuts for breakfast and live music and fireworks on Thursday nights. Nice neighbors who own the house their grandfather built in 1930's.

Loved the house

We loved this beach house, especially the porches. The back porch (ocean side) was our gathering place every day. We would move to the front porch to watch the sun set just about every day. It was a great vacation!
