Enjoy a relaxing Carolina Beach getaway at this stylish two-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex located just a short walk to the beach. With plenty of space for family and friends, multiple outdoor areas, and convenient access to everything Carolina Beach has to offer, this home makes it easy to settle into vacation mode!

Inside, the bright and open living area offers comfortable furnishings and direct access to the balcony, creating an inviting space to gather after a day at the beach. Step outside to enjoy the coastal air from the main balcony, or retreat to the private primary bedroom balcony with access to a crow's nest offering elevated views of the surrounding area.

The open kitchen and dining area provide a comfortable central space for meals and time together. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The primary suite features a queen bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed and sliding glass door that can be opened to let in the fresh coastal air. The third bedroom includes two twin beds, while the fourth bedroom features another queen bed. Two additional full bathrooms include a walk-in shower and a tub/shower combination.

After a day by the water, rinse away the sand in the heated outdoor shower before relaxing on the balcony or patio. A beach cart, sand toys, and beach umbrella make trips to the shore a little easier, while the crow's nest provides a unique spot to take in the surrounding coastal scenery. Parking is available for up to six vehicles, with space for three in the driveway and three under the carport.

The beach is just a short 350-yard walk away, making it easy to spend your days swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or simply relaxing along the shore. Lake Park Boulevard is only one block away, putting local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within easy reach. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is approximately one mile away, where you'll find dining, nightlife, seasonal entertainment, an arcade, amusement rides, and weekly summer fireworks!
