„Wonderful stay. Amazing staff available 24/7 for anything and everything. Free covered and secure parking. Penthouse gym and morning breakfasts. Private and comfortable room. This will be our new spot.“

„We liked it very much.“

„Our stay was wonderful; the staff were always helpful. The hotel was always clean, also housekeeping was always diligent upon request. Breakfast,“

„The check-in process was so easy. My flight have been delayed for hours and I couldn't even think straight anymore and the lady checked me in and was so kind and helpful. The room was adorable and I left a little kitchenette that was separate from the room and bathroom. They had a plunge pool and a hot tub and it was just adorable and felt secluded from the noisy atmosphere of the town which I do like but it's nice to have a quiet place.“

„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„The room was clean, a bit dated, and comfortable. The pool area is small with no beach when the tide is high. Staff is young, supportive when approached but not attentive to the guests.“
