„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„The overall condition of the hotel is great, however the rooms need upkeeping. There were very noticeable marks on the walls, furniture and flooring as well as chipping of the shower floor, that need to be repaired, in order to keep with the Marriott standard.
