« Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff! »

« The house looked nice inside. The beds and seating were comfortable. There was trash left on the porch from the last people for both days of our stay. There were 2 towels for 6 people to use and the floors made our feet black from being dirty. Overall not bad for the price though. »

« We enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin! Probably the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the big picture windows. We watched two spotted fawns sleeping along the fence line. All furnishings were comfortable. Although located in a neighborhood just minutes from town, the large lot and trees made it feel very private. « This home has an amazing location! You can walk to the marina, to campsites, to the local store and even to the Horsetooth Tavern. We had morning coffee on the deck that looks over The Marina. It has Dunning views. We can’t wait to come back again! »
