Au sommet de cette colline se trouve une belle maison de 1935, mélange de modernité et de modernité; Emballé w / appel. 4 chambres / 1 salle de bain; À quelques pas de restaurants, boutiques et bars. Trend Park Park Circle au centre de tout Charleston; Spa 7 personnes, cuve profonde pour les pieds en pied, hamac, porches avant / arrière. Pour la famille, les amis ou la romance! Le centre-ville de Charleston en seulement 13 à 20 minutes! 21 min de la plage. Lit de 150 ans appartenant au concepteur de Park Circle, W. B. Marquis. (Central Park et Biltmore Gardens)


La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec verrerie et outils pour préparer les repas. Front Porch a des chaises à bascule à lattes avec une vue magnifique sur le quartier. La salle de bain comprend une baignoire profonde pour les pieds en fonte (52 gallons) et une douche à main. La chambre principale avec lit plateforme (deux lits doubles) a un ventilateur de plafond de 52 '' et 6 grandes fenêtres avec stores et plancher en chêne. Il y a aussi trois autres chambres à coucher (thèmes français, victorien et du sud). Le cœur et l’espace central de l’endroit est la salle à manger qui présente des meubles antiques hérités de la famille, notamment une table à manger, une armoire en porcelaine et un buffet, ainsi qu’un lustre du centre-ville de Charleston. Réseau DISH disponible sur 3 téléviseurs haute définition dans 3 salles. À la maison WiFI disponible.  Plancher de pin de coeur dans presque toute la maison. (Heart Pine est le pin original de la nation et est l’abréviation de pin du centre). Contrairement à l'opinion populaire telle que Wikipedia, la phrase d'origine ne signifiait pas le cœur du pin. Le salon a une zone de cheminée avec un radiateur cheminée autonome, de très confortables fauteuils inclinables en cuir italien, un magnifique canapé et un piano ancien. La cour arrière est immense et entourée de clôtures. Seules deux familles ont déjà possédé cette maison, une autre et la nôtre. Amusez-vous!

The best hosts we have ever had! Everything was perfect, the home is beautiful and so much history and nostalgia! We loved the hottub and the hige yard, perfect cor kids playing, dogs running, and fires at night to enjoy! We loved the house warming gifts and all of the personal touches!! Everything about this stay was perfect! The host is amazing and accommodating! Not only was this home in a cute and quiet neighborhood, but the hottub made it even more tranquil! We would definitely rent from Tamra again, she added a little touch that was very welcoming! She also has a guide of all the special little places to visit!! If you are looking for cute, cozy, and a safe feel...LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

Great house and location!

In June my family and I (5 adults plus our goldendoodle) stayed in this beautiful house for about a week and a half. The house is in a great location, in Park Circle. We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants, the walk was less than 5 minutes. It was a short drive to the North Charleston Coliseum, downtown Charleston and all the beaches. The backyard is huge! It’s great for hanging out or letting our hyper dog deal with her zoomies. The owners were always available within minutes if we had questions. When we arrived to the house the owners had left us a sweet note and a gift. We highly recommend this property!

We had an absolute blast hanging out here! Beautiful location, beautiful backyard, loved the walking distance to Park Circle! The hot tub was amazing as well as the outdoor shower! Highly Recommend.

Wonderful stay, excellent location!

What a charming home. Very clean, lots of rooms, comfy beds and great outdoor space. More remarkable were the hosts generous welcoming touches-a bottle of wine and anniversary card. Can't wait to return.

A stay at grandma’s house

We felt at home in this quaint little old brick house which boasts a huge fenced yard, hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, oversized picnic table, outdoor shower, and corn hole set. The bedrooms and beds were comfy and ample for the 5 of us. (4 adults and 1 11 year old.) We brought and prepared Thanksgiving dinner with relative ease in the small but well stocked kitchen. The lack of a dishwasher was a minor inconvenience with the amount of dishes we had but nothing to really complain about. The only bathroom with a somewhat makeshift shower and gorgeous and comfy tub had the most amazing water pressure and nearly instant hot hot hot water as did the really fun outdoor shower. If you don’t care about all the modern bells and whistles and just want to enjoy time with your people and pets (very very dog friendly) and be comfortable then this is the place. I would normally have said the personal family photos are a little bit of a put off but in this place they just fit and are a proper homage to the folks who made this house a home and shared it with us. Thanks to David, Tamra, and Lisa for getting us in early and being so accommodating and communicative.

Amazing Property!!!

This quaint home in North Charleston was a perfect fit for my family and I for the 7 day stay. We were here for baseball and enjoye devery moment we got to spend in the house. The rooms are nice and the master bed is amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub nightly and the large back yard was perfect for our 14 year old. The owners came by a few times to check the hot tub for chemicals etc and they always communicated and were very friendly and pleasant. The neighborhood was amazing, we were in walking distance to multiple restaurants and on the weekend could hear the live bands from the spacious front porch. Definitely recommend this property and owners if you are ever in the area!

We didn’t want to leave!

This was the perfect spot for my family to stay. The neighborhood was fantastic with so much to do for all ages. We loved the restaurants which were within walking distance. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean and inviting and had comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Charleston!

Not what we expected.

Not close to everything. Inside bedroom doors didn't stay closed or lock. No privacy for changing clothes. Furniture older than expected. Makeshift big bed space between 2 mattress not comfortable Lots of dust under bed and behind dresser No tea or cheese from host. Yard not mowed with stickers in grass so no walking barefoot. Hot tub had dirty marks on the inside of it and sand along the bottom. Let the host know when we arrived no communication from her until the day before we left. Plus side quiet neighborhood , nice rocking chairs on porch.

Charleston Charmer

We loved this vintage home. It was a perfect retreat after a long day sight seeing. It was beautifully appointed, nicely decorated, and very functional. We loved relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs and all of us thought the beds were extremely comfortable. The private fenced backyard was extraordinary. There was a nice hot tub, outside shower, firepit, picnic area, and cornhole set. The hot tub was really enjoyable after a long day playing tourst. The safe neighborhood is also in a great location. You could walk 2 blocks and find many restraunts and bars, some with live music. Nice to have a couple cocktails and not have to drive! The owners were also very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

Cozy house in nice neighborhood

I traveled to Charleston for a long weekend with friends. The four bedrooms, two of which were adjoining, gave us plenty of room to spread out. We had several other rooms and the backyard, and front porch, to rotate between for hanging out. The house was very clean. The downtown area about five minutes walk away had nice restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The beach and historic Charleston were easy Lyft rides away. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay!

Cozy, One story Home in No. Charleston,Va

Lovely home with charming touches. Fenced in back yard with fire pit & hot tub. We enjoyed the front porch, played cards at night on the antique dining table. Kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy. There is only one bath but plenty of towels. There is a standing shower plus a claw foot bath tub. We arrived in town early & the owner was able to accomodate us an hour earlier than check in. Quiet neigborhood, lots of people walking pups. Overall, wonderful stay, no complaints.

Family Friendly Getaway

Our family traveled to N. Charleston for an anniversary getaway with our 14-month old in tow and we had a blast! This house was perfect for our family; a cute park 2 houses down, a fenced in background, and restaurants in walking distance. We were able to make quick day trips to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. This house fit the bill for everything we needed for a quick getaway!

Very nice home.

This was my second time staying in this home and I won't hesitate to stay again. The home is very clean and the hot tub is clean and well maintained. I am amazed at how many dishes, pots & pans and cooking utensils are in the kitchen. It's the most well stocked kitchen that I've seen in a rental. The Hosts are very attentive and easy to work with.

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful visit to Charleston! We enjoyed the southern charm of the house and our hosts were very attentive and accommodating. We brought home memories of early morning coffee on the front porch, to late night relaxing in the amazing hot tub! A great time had by all!

Southern getaway

My family and I spent an entire week at this historic home in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston. The hosts were fantastic. They were very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. The home location is perfect. The neighborhood is quaint and relaxing. And the hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of Charleston exploration. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to any friends or family. In fact, my family hopes to someday return for a second visit. Five stars!!!

Wonderful little getaway

We were in for our 12 year old sons baseball tournament at the Shipyard. This lil house was perfect for what we needed, and in a great location. We were within minutes of the baseball fields, and walking distance to many eateries and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
