Shops were not near by at all! It would have been 20 to uber to King street. Thankfully, we had our car. The place was clean but housekerping never came and picked up bags of sheets and whatever else was in the bags. The bag at the front door was in the way and there were numerous bags at the back door. There was no hot water in the front shower which was a major inconvenience (we tried 3 times and let the shower run for 2-3 minutes as the note said.) We rented a 2 BR/2 BA for a reason so no hot water in the front shower was a MAJOR problem! The problem was not the hot water heater as the water in the front bath sink was very hot. The water pressure in the kitchen was terrible for trying to cook. We did not use the washer and dryer. The description of the property did not say there were steep and dangerous steps to our unit. As i said, everything was clean and the mattresses were comfortable but the property was not within walking distance to any shopping or dining as stated online. For the price we would not rent this property again for reasons stated above. We left the property in pristine condition, took out the trash, set thermostat on 72 as requested, turned on the dishwasher, and turned out all lights.
