« Air conditioner was off and on all night. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were less than half full of those tiny items in your room »

« Hotel was clean and in central location. Limited amenities like tissues, shampoo/conditioner, no ice makers, and needing to ask front desk for blow dryer. It’s more of an extended stay hotel, however, certain amenities are still expected as a hotel. Walls were thin and you could smell food being cooked from other rooms which wasn’t ideal, however, price was right and it as a great place for a night. »

« The indoor family pool area was inadequately maintained, particularly the hot tub, which was in a deplorable state. It was excessively dirty, with substantial foam and visible brown dirt spots. Abbey Resort imposes an amusement fee exceeding twenty percent; however, it appears that insufficient funds have been allocated for proper cleaning. « The staff was friendly from check-in to check-out, they accommodated our room request, the room was large and comfortable with a beautiful view, and it was within walking distance of all the 'downtown' shops and restaurants so you didn't have to pay parking. We would definitely return. Wonderful little oasis and get away for my 90 year old godmother and I. P.S. Loved and appreciated the full kitchenette with dishes, microwave and mini fridge. »

« We had a massage and they were fantastic. My husband golfed and said the course was in pristine condition. The restaurant 1878 had a delicious wedge salad and the sirloin steak cooked perfectly. The weather was perfect at 80 degrees. It was a fantastic trip. The staff was friendly and the rooms very clean. »
