Maria Dorantes was our concierge she arranged prior to our visit restaurant reservations, a room upgrade and transportation to the hotel from the airport. Maria was an enormous part of our wonderful experience. We will definitely return.“

„Restaurants gutes Essen! Buffet zu wenig Kapazitäten für größe des Hotels, Zustand des Zimmers schrecklich - Feuchtigkeits- und Schimmel Geruch, alles Schranktüren verzogen durch Feuchtigkeit. Kein einziger Schrank hat richtig geschlossen. Schubladen schief, Decke unter den Klimaanlagen gewölbt (feucht), Wasser kam aus ALLEN Wassehähnen erst braun, dann gelb, dann klar,… roch nach Rost !!! „First time visiting grand palladium and was beyond impressed with property, amenities and overall staff. Room was clean spacious! We upgraded to family selection which gives you access to designated area that includes a private pool, beach area and restaurant. Towels are accessible in multiple areas like pools and beach you don’t need to haul your towel around. waiters available at the pool and beach who are very attentive. Best part if you have kids !
