We were in Wilmington for July 4 & could easily walk to a riverside park just the blocks away to watch the lovely fireworks over the Cape Fear River. It was an easy, 15-minute walk to the Riverwalk, with lots of local restaurants along the way. The house itself is as-pictured, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted, the neighborhood is quiet & safe, & the air conditioning works.“

The pool is in a great location for keeping sand out of it! The hot tub overlooks the dune for early morning sun rise soaks. We had a wonderful time and experience in this property.“
