« We arrived late in the evening and we were still able to find on street parking. The sidewalks had been shoveled and access was easy. The unit had an fireplace that was amazing and warmed us up immediately after a long cold day! Everything was clean and neat. There were two coffee options Keurig or drip and creamer was provided. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely plan on staying again when we visit family. »

« Pictures DID NOT represent a clear depiction of what we were getting. After looking deeper and zooming in on the pictures, it was clear that they had been edited. Not clean, toothpaste on the bathroom vanity. No toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags upon arrival. Rugs were stained and filthy. « The entry lock was an adventure. You had to keep pulling the key slightly in and out and turn and pray. It is an old building and the floors sag. There were about 4 place settings of stainless(mismatched). The hot and cold faucets in the shower are loose and you have to turn and turn to get cold water. « This apartment met the needs, but could be exceptional with a few more added. change out the harsh lighting. Way too sterile and bright. Buy more and better bath towels. Four bath towels for 4 adults for one week is slim. More blankets. We were there and other than the comforter on each bed, chilly. Only one extra blanket. Invest in a new sofa. If you sit on the right side of the sofa, you sink into the springs.... Looks pretty but not comfortable. »
