« 4 of us stayed 2 nights in April 2026. Very cute house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. House was very clean with modern decor. We spent time on back patio enjoying the atmosphere with outdoor string lighting and seating for 4. Then we moved to the cozy firepit surrounded by rock to end the evening. Driveway has room for atleast 4-5 cars so parking is not an issue like most places. Unless the person in front needs to leave first. (We did not have that issue)The provided binder had clear...

« This location is great for a show at Allstate Arena! We got to walk to and from the venue which was lovely. Sleeps a large number of folks comfortably! Stocked kitchen and two bathrooms was really nice. Thank you! »

« Ok place to fit large families if no other option available. Not suitable for kids with allergies as there are some opportunities in the cleanness and maintenance of the property.The communication were ok for reserving but very limited during the stay.The floor os severely damaged as well. »

« The house is beautiful with plenty of space, the park is right across the street, was able to host a birthday party with lots to keep the kids entertained and have space to eat and mingle, the rooms were comfortable and surprisingly large for how small the house looks from the outside. The host responded promptly and was accommodating. Would book and recommend to others! »

« Excellent stay! The property was clean and an easy walk to McCormick Place convention center. The space was colossal and well appointed, with soap and towels provided for the shower. We were greeted by a wonderful gentleman who took the time to explain the Chicago area to us. Checkout was a breeze—just had to leave our keys—and the instructions were very clear. There was only minimal housekeeping required before leaving the apartment. I would definitely stay here again »
