« My husband and I were very pleased with the accommodations. Duplex was very clean and supplied with everything needed for our weeks stay. David was very accommodating as we had asked for an early check in along with extending our original booking by 1 extra night. He also provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back if there is a need to visit the area again. »

« I’m not sure where to even start with this review. All I can say is “what a view” every morning we woke up to the beauty of Thomas Pond. Every night we went to bed under a sky full of stars. The home is a perfect lakeside retreat. Comfortable for our family of 3 and 2 more guests in the guest house. We could have all stayed in the main home but the separate homes was perfect for our situation. Fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off of the pier every day was so much fun. Great kitchen to cook...

Very well situated (walking distance from Kennebunkport center in a calm residential spot), the house is incredibly charming and cozy, with a "rustic chic" vibe, super clean and well equiped. The host is exceptionnaly fast to answer questions and to be sure that everything is OK and that we enjoy the stay, with tons of little details / attentions for us. « This house was absolutely amazing! I booked a last minute weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by my stay. Everything we needed was already at the house. There were board games and even bikes in the garage! Lots of extra blankets and towels. The shower already had shampoo and conditioner as well. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna but the hot tub and fitness pool were so relaxing! I've been to a lot of houses where the hot tub is usually outside but this hot tub/fitness pool combo...

« The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full...
