„We were there for the view and the sounds of waves and we weren’t disappointed! It just doesn’t get any better. There are steps right next to the apartment which take you down to the beach. You can walk into town and you can get fantastic coffee just up the road. We loved the rooms, the beds were so comfortable and you can leave the windows open at night to hear the waves. „We had a wonderful stay at “Beautiful Views”. Location was close to everything- shops, restaurants, the pier and trolley. The place was fully equipped to cook and eat in or to have happy hour out on the large deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to anyone visiting San Clemente!“

„Fine little cottage right on the PCH and comfortable walk to Victoria Beach! House had all essentials except for an iron and ironing board. Also, questionable whether or not the bed is actually a king-sized bed as stated on the listing. It was much smaller than anticipated and looked to be the size of a queen. Beside that, the stay was pleasant and met our needs. The communication with caretaker was quick, thorough and helpful. Would recommend this location for future stays. Thank you!“

„We found our cottage to be very comfortable and well equipped. We did have a minor plumbing issue which was immediately taken care of by the property manager. We found this property to be very quiet and beautiful. Pretty gardens throughout the property add to the relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again.“

„Great bungalow for a couple, we also had our adult son. He slept comfortably in the pull out. We stayed in “green”. Nice to have secluded back patio for evening cocktails, cards etc. The front area garden was delightful for morning coffee amidst butterflies. The location was ideal with a short walk to everything. This will be our “go to” when we come back to Laguna.“

Loved everything about this place. Only downfall (why I scored a 3 on cleanliness) is the only closet (bedroom) had so much crap piled in it, couldn't hang any clothes unless you empty it out! „Excellent location. Robert was great at handling the couple of requests we had. Walk to beaches, restaurants, free trolley to downtown Laguna Beach. Cannot park on premises but never had a problem parking. This was fond of Lay to June 1. Parking may be different in summer months. Would recommend.“

"Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Es gab kostenlose StrandstĂŒhle, Sonnenschirme und FahrrĂ€der ohne GebĂŒhr. Die Straße und angrenzende Bahnlinie hat den Eindruck etwas getrĂŒbt. Auch der Weg zum Strand ĂŒber die sehr hĂ€ssliche BrĂŒcke hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt "
