Our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 young people) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented a boat, and the pier worked great to tie up the boat. The property was well furnished inside and out for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time on the water with the boat either swimming, tubing or simply cruising to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Great home, location, and community!

We had a great early summer stay at this lakefront property. The home was very comfortable and clean, with some great features! Loved the views of the lake from the upstairs bedroom and balcony, and the family room and porch. My family enjoyed fishing off the private pier every day, and sitting out on the porch and by the firepit. The neighborhood was very friendly with a great community feel. The easy walk/drive to the Shore Store was fun and convenient. Easy drive to shopping and restaurants too! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Ice fishing with friends

House was good location some things needed a little updating. I expected the wow factor when we walked in because of the host fees and it wasn’t there. no extras there was not a baggie not aluminum foil to be seen. we did have salt and pepper at least worth the price of the rental, but watch the host fee very disappointed in that.

Amazing lakefront home!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! The property manager was very responsive to any issues that arose, and timely in communications. The house was beautifully remodeled and decorated. The view is amazing, and Lake Delavan is calm, quiet and beautiful. Easy trip into Lake Geneva for shopping and sightseeing.

We found the property to be as stated as on the web site. Only recommendations that I would make, and they are minor: Do away with one of the bunk beds and add a queen bed and get a larger gas grill. Overall, the house and the boat dock were great.

Girls weekend

We loved the house, great layout if bedroom s, and living spaces. We loved the 2 decks , both had chairs to sit at and watch the view of Lake Delavan!! Absolutely beautiful views!!

Amazing Rental

This place was beautiful. Perfect for our family with little ones. Having a boat dock and fishing right there made our trip all worth it. The house was so clean and had everything we needed.

Great for Family Vacation!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved being on the lake and really liked the close proximity to the park and small beach only steps away. It was a perfect escape from the city of Chicago to enjoy Labor Day weekend! We will be back again.

Lovely location!

This was the perfect spot for a comfortable, quiet reunion of friends from Illinois, Norway, and Switzerland and another friend who lives in the area who was our tour guide. Nicely equipped kitchen with some spices, oil, etc. Since we were there during the week, the few neighbors we did meet were friendly and helpful and raved about our hosts -- always a good sign!

Beautiful home on the lake

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was the perfect fit, and my kids loved the neighborhood beach down the road. Lovely sunsets and beautiful views from the lakeside porch and fire pit. My kids caught lots of sunnies, perch, and crappies right off the dock.

Family weekend trip

The stay was great! I will say the fire alarm is definitely sensitive when using the oven. But what a great location, with plenty of space and beautiful sunsets. I’ll come back when the pier is installed.

Beautiful Lake House

Thank you for letting us stay at your Lake House. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was just lovely. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to make big meals. The sunsets are beautiful and the trees are amazing. I can’t wait to come back. Gorgeous lake property perfect for a family

Our family of 5 enjoyed the stay at this property for a family weekend nearby in Delavan. The house was perfect for the company and the views of the lake are even better. We used the fire pit, grill and enjoyed being outside on the water with the early fall temps. My only suggestion would be that the exterior/pier could use a cleaning, but it is a challenge to keep on top of with the birds and nature. Thank you for a wonderful property; we hope to stay again and visit Lake Geneva in the future!
