« The property is good and the location and closeness to the railway station is perfect. We were disappointed that we weren't warned when we booked that there would be building works continuing for a month. Welhen we arrived there was a notice in the lift warning tenants about the noise. We were woken every morning at 6.30am to the dound of drilling. Also, we couldn't open the windows because of smoke and the smell of grilled meat coming from a restaurant down stairs.
