« Hôtel neuf »

« Check in was crazy - worker had her kids running around. Floors in room were dirty - my white socks were stained. Only 2 towels and wash clothes in a 2 bedroom queen room for 4 people. No hair dryer. No iron. Phone wasn’t connected. Blankets were thin. Other guests were smoking pot. We tried to call for assistance but the voicemail wasn’t set up. No one comes in until 9am and it was the holiday weekend. Don’t waste your money. »

« I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. You can make fresh waffles in the waffle maker they have. They have plenty of different breakfast items to choose from. I really enjoyed...

« Very friendly staff and the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok just not a lot to choose from. The pool was also ok. Could have used a cleaning but the kids enjoyed it. Good price and convenient location for one night. »

« No coffee maker in room. Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75. »

« A l'exception du personnel charmant et serviable cet hôtel est une horreur en termes d'aspect, de propreté. SALE est le mot qui convient le mieux. Nous avons dû demander 2 fois le changement des serviettes pour en obtenir des propres. Le sol est crasseux, collant. Certes c'est un motel mais tout de même ; c'est le pire que nous ayons croisé. La salle de bains est dans un état déplorable. Plus jamais !!! »

« Le Hampton Inn est un hôtel correct avec un service sympatique, mais si j'avais à y retourner je ferais l'essai du St-James Hotel dans le centre-ville historique de Selma. Pendant que vous y êtes faites un tour au restaurant le Vineyard qui se trouve dans le magnifique Harmony Club (pratiquement en face du Selma Times Journal, le tout sur Water Avenuel). Peut-être même rencontrerez-vous à la porte d'à côté le coloré antiquaire-architecte-menuisier du Restotonica (artéfact architecturaux...
