« Décevant car notre arrivée a été gâchée . Pas de réception, aucun code reçu pour accéder à notre logement , nous avons dû appeler un numéro avec quelqu’un au bout du téléphone qui ne Capte pas et nous avons reçu les informations tard dans la soirée après s’être plein auprès de Expedia. Très dommage car vue magnifique du logement . Si vous n’êtes pas capable de louer hors saison ne le faite pas. »

« The breakfast was terrible. Tasted worse than fast food. Not a fresh selection. I asked the housekeeping staff to make my bed three times and they didn’t make it at all. Only one elevator was working the whole time we were there. »

« The view from our front door was wonderful. The sounds from the busy traffic on the highway right behind us, not so much. The rooms were clean and the shower was exactly as described. The downside was taking a cold shower ten minutes after getting in. The air conditioner was definitely in need of repair. When I mentioned this to the staff they stated they already knew about this and would request maintenance fix it. For the price it was acceptable but not remarkable. »

« C.offee Service in room is not restocked daily. AC individual unit was very dusty and would not continue to blow cool air throughout the night. Very skimpy on number of towels provided. »

« Clean room. Staff gave me a fan for night time noise filter, which I appreciated very much. Parking was limited due to construction, but thankfully that was the only construction related issue I had which was understandable. Breakfast was great. Staff courteous and friendly. »

« The hole stay was very excellent from the parking to the staff and a special extra thank to a young man at the front desk was very good at what he does didn’t get his name but very polite and helpful »

« This stay would have been a 5 star, but the elevator was out for my entire visit. I was on the 4th floor and carrying up luggage and taking that trip up and down every day or when I needed to quickly leave, was not convenient. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. »

« Perfect place for couples to relax. Walking distance from hotel to all the shops and restaurants is a plus. Highly recommend. »
