« We were pleasantly surprised by the interior space—the pictures don’t do it justice. It is “out there,” probably 5 miles from Blanca, mostly over stone roads. There were no restaurants open in Blanca so eat in Fort Garland or Alamosa or plan to eat out of your cooler. A microwave and small fridge would be welcome additions, otherwise we were very pleased with the accommodation and Sue’s hospitality. »

Also close to Zapata Falls, Alamosa, Splashland, Blanca Vista park and the most beautiful trails along the Rio Grande. Mt. Blanca was always present. »
