« Breakfast was taken away at 9:05. The person in charge said it was because everything had run out. They didn’t offer us anything else, and even other guests who came down after us had to leave as well. Breakfast is supposed to be available until 10:00 a.m., so the food should have still been out and trays should have been refilled. There wasn’t even any cereal because the staff member was already removing everything. The room and the hotel itself were very good, but the staff needs better...

« Le confort de la chambre est convenable mais l’air climatisé est extrêmement bruyant et peu même réveiller en pleine nuit quand il se déclenche. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas assez fourni, il manque des yaourts des fruits et des confitures. »

« Bel Hôtel. Fréquenté par une clientèle d'affaires et de familles. Très bien tenu, propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la proximité avec l'I-10 ne pose aucun problème de bruit. Il faut noter que les chambres possèdent des cuisines avec évier, micro-onde, vaisselle et lave-vaisselle. La climatisation est particulièrement silencieuse, ce qui est peu souvent le cas dans ce type d'établissement. Les lits sont confortables. L’hôtel est récent et bien tenu. Propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur....
