There was no kitchen as prescribed only a simple camping cook plate and a old dirty microwave. No washing machine or dryer as prescribed. „The villa was good with amenities, great pool area, and excellent location. The kitchen and bath were set up and clean. Carpet in stairwell and bedroom could use attention or just replace. The villas are not "fancy" but neither is Ocracoke. We didn't see any bikes available but there are options to rent or take the free tram/golf cart around. Only drawback was we had a very heavy walker in the rental about us that we heard until later in the night and a bit early in the morning..... even with that we loved the place and would go back in a heartbeat.“
