„Parking was good! Checkin staff very kind and helpful.“

„We booked this hotel for the evening as we had a concert at Acrisure. The room was well appointed and clean. The location was perfect to walk to dinner and then to the concert. We had drinks and an appetizer in the hotel lobby prior to dinner and a late night drink in the Lumber Baron bar when we returned from the show. Both experiences were lovely. Had a quick lunch at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck before heading home. We live locally, but have not stayed here since our wedding night 26 years ...

„Room service only on request was ok for us. What we didn't understand: the hotel aisles became each day more and more dirty (there is free popcorn f.e.), Drury staff must have seen this, but nobody took care of this.“

„One of the better hotels ive been too. Very clean very professional 👌. 10 out 10 highly recommend. Morning free Breakfast area was well maintained and fresh. Pool and hot tub area were very nice also“

„Very mediocre hotel. It was okay for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer than that. I personally like to use the gym but the treadmill was very finicky and the bike didn’t work at all. The entire 2nd floor hallway and our room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the floor of our hotel room was sticky. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they have a little breakfast bar in the mornings with bagels, cereal, muffins, etc. which was nice.“

„Our stay was on the fourth of July weekend. There was plenty of good parking and the hotel grounds were very well maintained. The room was so clean and smelled nice. Great location to get to grand rapids. Overall a wonderful stay! Laura and Tony“
