„Upon meeting with the person working the front desk, I knew the stay would be a great one. I feel bad that I don't remember her name, but I feel like she was one of the managers. I went for my birthday trip and we checked in a day or two in advance of my birthday. Not only did she make it a point to wish me a happy birthday on the actual day, but she remembered small bits of the conversation we had during check-in. „Room service only on request was ok for us. What we didn't understand: the hotel aisles became each day more and more dirty (there is free popcorn f.e.), Drury staff must have seen this, but nobody took care of this.“

„The room is very spacious. Condition is beyond expectation. Quite new and very clean. Pool is nice. There is no lifeguard on duty. There is coffee in the lobby. No breakfast, which is okay because hotel breakfast are usually blah.“

„Schöne, alte Bausubstanz. Fußboden ist sehr laut. Man hört die Schritte der Zimmernschbarn. Zimmerservice kommt nur alle paar Tage. Sicherlich muss nicht jeden Tag eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden, aber vielleicht die Mülleimer geleert und die Verbrauchsmittel aufgefüllt.“
