« We absolutely love the Delaware Hotel. This was our second stay and again, the highlight of our road trip. The staff is great, the quirky historic building is a delight for antique and history lovers and the location is fantastic. The hotel’s restoration is beautiful and the touches in each room make it a much more special stay than you can find at a typical hotel. There is no AC, but we were comfortable with a fan in the window. The bar and restaurant are top notch and deserve their own 5-star...

« Very cute remodeled motel right in the heart of Leadville. Communication was excellent. Rooms were super cute and clean. Parking is challenging. But we were here during a busy weekend. »

« This hotel is the perfect option for people that are looking for a hassle free stay, both check in and check out can be done online without having to go to their lobby! The room is overall very nice, but definitely has an old school charm with not many renovations done to things like the shower and heating/ AC but both still work wonderfully. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel! »

« Le lieu est très sale, les tapis n’avaient pas été aspirés (miettes etc.), la table était collante. Jamais je ne me serais risqué à y cuisiner, au vu de l’état du four (très sale) et de l’état général. Les toilettes n’avaient manifestement pas été nettoyées (traces et poils). La couverture était poussiéreuse, sale et pleine de poils (probablement d’animaux). Sur le radiateur situé derrière la porte de la salle de bain, il y avait plein de cheveux. « Excellent hôtel familial très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner varié avec des produits de qualité. Personnel sympathique. Organisation de premier plan pour ce qui est de la communication et du check in. Tout parfait a presque 3000 m d’altitude. »

« Perfectly located. Just walk out the cabin and walk less than a block to restaurants, shops. Only a couple minute bike ride to the trail. Once i parked, i didn’t need to move. Great room. Will be back. »

« Cute funky old hotel refurbished into a comfortable modern stay. Within a few blocks (easy walking) of historic downtown Leadville full of fun shops and yummy eateries. We enjoyed our stay - hosts are helpful and easy to communicate with. »

« I enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and shops. We had hot water in showers and the heater really heated the space well. The bed in the back is full size and not a queen. We wish we knew that but there is a pull out bed if the full size doesn't work for you. »

« The place was close to many good hikes and activities. Amenities were also quite convenient. The room was well taken care of and communication for help was almost instant. Definitely recommend. »

« Loved the location and the view!!! Property was very clean and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. I definitely recommend using the directions provided and NOT using GPS. Highly recommend this cabin. »

« Typical old house in a mountain town. No frills, but slept 5 adults comfortably. Fully functioning kitchen. Communication with the host was easy. Cute and clean. No wifi didn't really affect us, cell service was just fine. »

« Great clean popular place to stay »

« Cute little tiny house, walking distance to downtown, with mountain views. Was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of room to sleep the 4 of us, with room to spare. Only complaints are that the A/C unit is more of a decoration than a reality, and we lost a wallet while we were there (realized after we left) and the owner/property manager never got back to us with whether they found it or not, despite us reaching out multiple times and them responding that they'd let us know. »
