« The room was great, really loved the old furniture and art. The coffee stand was operational, so was able to get espresso in the lobby (but free coffee was also available right outside our door). And, with the restaurant right downstairs, we rarely needed to leave the building. We were there for a ski day at Cooper, so very convenient for that. »

« Le lieu est très sale, les tapis n’avaient pas été aspirés (miettes etc.), la table était collante. Jamais je ne me serais risqué à y cuisiner, au vu de l’état du four (très sale) et de l’état général. Les toilettes n’avaient manifestement pas été nettoyées (traces et poils). La couverture était poussiéreuse, sale et pleine de poils (probablement d’animaux). Sur le radiateur situé derrière la porte de la salle de bain, il y avait plein de cheveux. « This was a lovely and fun tiny home that we got to stay in to watch the Leadville Skijoring festival! It was super close to downtown festivities, but far enough away that it was quiet when the doors and windows were closed. Would definitely recommend staying here for a cozy Leadville stay -- great value for the location and space as well. »

« This place was perfect for my stay - very clean, conveniently located, and calm, with a comfortable bed and parking right outside the door. There is no kitchen but it does have a fridge/freezer, microwave, and electric kettle. If this room is what you need then I think you’ll be happy. Host was very communicative. No problems.
