« We were completely blown away when our host open the door to the loft. It was so "simply elegant" the personal touches were so effective in making it feel like home. I totally appreciate the host meeting us at the loft (which wasn't planned) and giving us a tour, explaining what they done and what the artifacts meant to her and family. « So this trip there were a couple hiccups! I can not say enough about Katrina!!!! She was on top of everything! The original room I booked the A/C was out and Katrina made sure I had another room before check in time. Unfortunately, when I got to my room the internet was out. I informed Katrina, she came by and checked the outside box. Found out it had went out earlier that day. Both things out of Katrina's control, but she was on top of it all! »
