« Called the hotel directly to cancel my reservation in which I was told I’d get a full refund due to calling with enough notice. When I had Expedia call to verify, they denied the refund. I called the hotel and they had the notes in the system of the employee who had told me this.. they had since fired that employee and still refused my refund. « Great little place, but keep in mind that there are lots and lots of stairs and that the front door is very awkwardly placed so you have to take a big step up to go in the front door, but it is only about 3/4 the size of a regular front door. On your way out you have to make sure to bend it down and then take a big step down so you don’t hit your head. »
