« Loved how they had free activities throughout each day for the kids to stay busy. Honestly, didn’t have to go anywhere if we didn’t want to. There was always something to do. »

« Very expensive, you pay 18$ a day to park and if you wanna sit on the balcony to enjoy the views bring chairs because there are none. The only 2 things I didn’t like! Oh and the hill to get to the property is very steep and very sharp turns! »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Received offers the next day from Expedia for the same accommodations for about 40.00 less per night. Didn’t feel like it was worth what we paid. Had to deal with people in the next room beating on their room door late at night. Not the greatest experience we have had in the Smokies. »

« It looks as though they are in the middle of renovation and making it nicer, but the “arcade” is not what I was led to believe and when one of the machines ripped me off I wasn’t even offered my money back, the breakfast is decent and the pools are ok but needed better maintained, the room was clean just old, and drop ceiling in the bathroom so not the best plan on them but all and all not bad for the cost… »

« Family friendly, but would be nice to have sport activities opportunities on the property. The property is showing its age and room service quality could be better. »

« Pet and family friendly. We had an issue at check-in and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Everyone there was friendly and more than helpful. »
