« The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. « We were upgraded to the Presidential suite which was a pleasant surprise. However being that the suite has vaulted ceilings and it was a very hot week in Branson the room did not stay cool upstairs. The room was very nice and loved the balconies and the jacuzzi tub. The shower was horrible though absolutely no water pressure but again the tub was nice. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Stayed on July 7 2026, Wednesday: It’s an older property. Almost vacant, entire complex, seems to cater to v.i.p. Group. Best part of the condo was the outdoor veranda area. Check in at 4pm…wow! Unless VIP, then check in is noon? After a drive from Texas, got there 2 pm. Had to wait 2 hours for a call that unit was ready. « Thjis was my first time to Branson and I had a great time. My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I loved the hot tub. Our room was very clean and the customer service was very nice. The staff was very helpful. »

« The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability. »

« We were greeted by the nicest woman when we entered the door! She truly made us feel welcomed and important! Our room was beautiful and very close to the indoor pool and hot tub and also the dining room which had a great buffet breakfast! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this establishment! The Hotel Grand Victorian is a beautiful place to stay! »

« This place is great. My grandkids(16-20) enjoyed the Waterpark, mini golf and race cars. The buffet was also good and the outdoor pools. The rooms were clean and comfy. Highly recommend! »

« We had a simple maintenance issue with a toilet from the moment we walked in. For 3 days I called and requested a repair. Simply replacing the components inside the tank especially the flapper would have easily fixed the problem. If you can’t figure it out in 3 attempts just replace the entire toilet and remedy the problem. But NO, I had to be the official toilet flusher. For our entire stay the lid stayed off the toilet, I had to add additional water to the tank for each flush and manually...

« The rooms were extraordinarily clean. We loved the security guys and the staff. They were absolutely wonderful and made our trip to Branson even more welcoming. »

« We have stayed at multiple holiday club vacation resorts, but this one in Branson we were very disappointed in, there was never a guard at entrance when we came and went and we watched multiple people who were not staying there come and go and use the pools that we paid for use of while staying there. We have always loved staying at these resorts for the amenities and the privacy of not have people coming and going who were not guests. This was our biggest disappointment in the Branson resort. »
