« Très bon hotel et personnel très disponible »

« Très beau hôtel à Alleppey! Ça vaut la peine! Belle piscine et excellent restaurant. Personnel très bien aussi. »

« Très bel hôtel pour apprécier les backwaters. Service fantastique.

« The boathouse staff was excellent. They were very courteous and accommodating. »

« Good food, nice private boat, and great staff! »

« The hotel was exceptionally clean and peaceful, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious, with great quality and taste throughout my visit. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again. »

« The staff were good, friendly and polite 😊 Our room was clean and decent. Food good. We were a bit confused about the itinerary so maybe making it clearer would be helpful to future guests. Thank you 😊 »

« The property is GOOD Well maintained Vintage property … But it’s neither beach front nor beach view rooms… And it doesn’t have private beach…. »

« Excellent location with beautiful view, but the bathrooms are old and not pleasant, you have to pay to get Wi-Fi which is unacceptable in an expensive (for India) hotel »

« The place is an eye candy! »

« Pleasant staff. Very clean et large bedroom, but small window (but al lot of light.) Large shower. Fridge, kettle. »

« Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. Provision for tea/coffee in the room was available. A table chair would have been nice. Nearby dining options are available. The not-so good reviews are mostly due to the standard rooms on...
