« Très bien équipé. Clim partout, télé, WIFI, ... Appartement grand : salon cuisine, buanderie, chambres séparées. Bruit de la route atténué. Piscine sur le toit (9ème) très agréable et en très bon état avec vue sur Colombo. Quartier éloigné du centre (compter 20' de tuk tuk) du Fort, mais pour le même tarif (120 € avec petit dej avec vue sur Colombo) la catégorie est une étoile en dessous et souvent sans petit dej. »

« Our recent stay at this peaceful oasis in Colombo was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by the incredible staff - especially Samantha, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The serene ambiance, coupled with a beautifully maintained pool, made for the perfect escape from the city's hustle. Whether it was lounging by the water or indulging in the delicious food, every moment felt like a refreshing retreat....

« Chambre tres sale. Staff friendly et serviable mais pas tres competent. les chambres ne resemblent pas aux photos. besoin de renovation et d'un grand nettoyage. ne vaut pas 4 etoiles et cher pour le rapport qualite prix »

« The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. »

« Deva the caretaker made the difference. He was fantastic. A very caring man. The owner Dinesh and his wife very responsive and we felt so comfortable going forth our chosen residence in Colombo. We have stayed at the Hilton, Cinnamon Grand, Kingsbury , Cinnamon Lake etc. but this is the place to stay. 10/10 »

« Had a great 2 night stay at this apartment. Inside Havelock was nice and peaceful, also a convenient location within colombo for us. Basic amenities were available but we had planCheckin and checkout were smooth. »

« The caretaker, Mr. Jey was fabulous. The house was very clean. All facilities were as described on the website. The Homeowner was very easily accessible and prompt to reply to all queries. We enjoyed the stay. »

« Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . »

« Had stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks with my Family. The apartment was fully furnished with all appliance & very well maintained in a quiet locality. « We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time. »

"Nous avons séjourné qu'une nuit, l'hôtel est parfait, prestations parfaites, la piscine sur le toit avec une vue splendide. Le quartier n'est pas très touristique, cependant il reste agréable. Il n'y a pas de plage où l'on peut se poser. Il est accessible en bus, il se trouve pas loin de la gare de train kollupitiya."

Hôtel ok, mais manque d'entretien

"Hôtel très bien placé à côté d'un quartier avec plein de restaurants. Chambre grande et propre. Personnel charmant, mis à part un des gardes qui scanne les sacs, il m'a repoussé pour faire passer avant moi une personne en me disant que cette personne était "riche" je trouve cette attitude particulièrement choquante. La piscine à débordement sur une zone en chantier, c'est étrange, il suffirait de mettre de buissons pour cacher la vue et rendre l'endroit plus agréable"

"Très beau complexe, bien entretenu. Le personnel est au petit soins ce qui est très agréable. Belle piscine avec bar proposant chicha kaloud et cocktails. Majestueux hall avec bar intérieur et magasin de bijoux. De plus l’entrée et sécurisé. Pas de crainte foncée donc "
