While we understand some things are outside the resort’s control, overall this was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. „The property is close to town and has a great view. However, it is in desperate need of a complete remodel. We stayed in an oceanfront king. The bed is actually a queen The room reeked of cleaning chemicals to the point of making your eyes water. There was barely a trickle of luke warm water in the shower. The cable went out and never came back on, the light on the balcony didn't work, the coffee machine was clogged and blew hot coffee throughout the room, and the hair dryer actually blew up ...

„Everyone we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The food was great. As a senior, this facility was very remote when touring the island and driving on the left side of the road was challenging at times. Also, the elevator doesn't work so getting to the other levels was challenging. Julie, the manager went out of her way to accommodate us.“

Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin. „Do Not be fooled by this listing. The pool is NOT A PRIVATE POOL. It is shared and you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION to use it. When I found this out, I asked for a refund and was denied. I told him I that his post is misleading and based on what he advertised, I was under the impression that the pool was private and part of the rental. He stated that it wasn't. “

We own a place on St Croix but it was rented to others so we needed a place to stay for a week. This unit is convenient to the east end restaurants and there are 3 beaches within a 5 minute drive. „We cannot say enough great things about our exceptional one week stay at Jin and Sung Lee’s. They were incredibly welcoming hosts!Their place is spacious, clean and comfortable and the views are spectacular!They made sure we knew our way around since GPS doesn’t always work right near the house. To cap it off we enjoyed homemade Jin Choi sushi and delicious lemon cake! We hope to visit again in the future!“

„This was our second year at this property. We are a group of college athletes coming to St. Croix for a training trip at the St. Croix Yacht Club. The house is PERFECT for our group! Its close to the club, can fit a bunch of people. We cook dinners in the upstairs and downstairs kitchens. And of course hanging pools side after training is great too. “

„Too much money for what you get. Only two very small forks. Bed sheets are old and stretched out and don’t stay on the mattress. Only blanket had not been washed for some time and was pretty gross.only way to turn off fan was to turn off power to half of the apartment.“
