« Rooms overlook the beer garden, single glazed, music blaring and very loud at midnight on a Tuesday. Don't stay if you need to sleep. Asked to move but no help. Staff say there is nothing they can do. If you need a good night's rest book eksewhere »

« On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered.
The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty.
The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold.
Coffee and tea were...

« Welcoming friendly staff,great breakfast nice clean accommodation. The only thing that needs improving was the shower couldn't regulate the temperature but all in all satisfactory good value for money »

« Great location, however the property needs some updating, in fact it's currently for sale..
Waking up to the peacock wondering the ground was brilliant, really kept the dog on his toes.
The bed is one of the worse we've ever slept on, and generally felt motion sickness every time one of us moved! »
