„We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay in what is probably one of the most beautiful hotel complexes in Kigali in an excellent location. Special mention must be made of the extremely friendly and thorough cleaning staff and the attentive and consistently helpful restaurant staff. „Arrived at 02h00 in the morning and the requested Pick-up was not there. Arrived in the hotel, the room was not Ready (at two o´clock in the morning!!!). I had to wait 30 minutes. The guy didn´t care about.. .The fact that the Hotel was already Paid (confirmation with me), I had to pay the full rate again. The guy seemed to be amused.
