„Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok.“

„Our room was very clean and well appointed. The food was excellent, the pool and bar staff were also really good. My only criticism was they seemed understaffed, as the service times seemed a bit too long and that was directly due to staffing (we waited 25 minutes just to have someone take or dinner order the last night we were there. Regardless, we will be coming back. “

„Arca is spectacular! The hotel is small, private and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent with the beautiful West Bay beach at your doorstep, a short walk to great snorkeling and a bunch of great restaurants and bars. However, the best food on the beach is at the Arca. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner offer lots of choices, salads, hamburgers or delicious fish dishes. „Simple. The room was simple, and the staff was very friendly. We appreciated a good air conditioner, clean rooms, hot water. All the basics that are sometimes lacking. The breakfast is included and was nice. Again, simple, but nice. (Be sure to try the juices, they were amazing) “

Danke an Eduardo, Javier, Benny, Omar, Kenneth, Ronald, Jason, Valentina, Amanda ( wir hoffen wir haben Niemanden vergessen ) Der einzige Nachteil des neuen Hotels ist die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes.
