« LOVED this place. It was quiet and peaceful and adorable. The bed was so comfy. The owner Jeff was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient - 20ish min each to Penn Yan and to Watkins Glen and very close to so many wineries. I would recommend in a heartbeat. »

« Loved everything about this B&B. It was nice and peaceful with the upstairs balcony, closed porch and two roofed patios with fire pits. Staff were very nice and excellent with the tour and breakfast. And their reliability to stock the fire pits. Only thing was the pool was said to be heated but still very cold. Would definitely stay here again. »
