« I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect - less than 5 minutes walk to South Melbourne Market and the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The room was spacious and had everything I needed for a week-long stay. Having a washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus, and the heater was a lovely touch. The property was also quiet at night. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. I’d happily stay here again! »

« Parking is NOT free. Free street parking is SCARCE and LIMITED. So the title of the listing is deceptive. Once one has paid for parking (175 to 200 dollars for the week), one is required to park one's car outside the carpark entrance, walk over to the pedestrian gate, enter the grounds and then manually click the exit button for the carpark entrance, in order to drive in. There was a fair amount of street noise between 9pm to 1am. Communication with the host was good. The bedlinen was of good...
