« Great location, but room layout and access could be improved Loved the convenience of the location, perfect for exploring the city and the Collingwood area. However, the layout of the room was odd and a bit unpleasant; the main door opened directly into the bathroom area, which you had to walk through to reach the bedroom. It would’ve also been helpful to receive clear access instructions ahead of arrival, especially as there’s a long staircase to climb to reach the rooms. The overall style...

« Very convenient to Epworth Hospital and very friendly staff…just what I needed when my husband was having major surgery! This made his hospital stay seem so much more manageable for me. I think he liked having me close by too. The room was lovely and very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend! »
