« It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay. »

« An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. « We didn’t end up staying at the property for a few reasons. There were about 14 stairs to get up to the property, no lift. The property was one room with a shared bathroom and it was on a busy street. Finally, there was no a/c . We moved to the hotel across the street. »

« The hotel is centrally located near Liverpool Street. However we had a room facing bishopsgate road and the windows in the living room was broken and didn’t close properly so the noise was unbearable. The spare bed for a child was setup in this room but they couldn’t sleep we had to move them into the bedroom. Also one of the bedrooms there was no window to open so it was incredibly stuffy. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here in summer as no air on or opening window. However the concierge staff...

"There was honestly very little to appreciate about this experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it was only a 25 minute walk from the festival we were attending. However, after arriving, paying for the room, filling parpersork and being charged a £100 so-called “pre-authorisation,” we were informed that there was no room available due to a bathroom issue. We were then told that we had no choice but to be relocated to another hotel. The transfer itself was badly handled, as the driver ( who told us this happened frequently “allegedly”), first dropped us at the wrong location, forcing us to walk additional time with our luggage before finally reaching the replacement hotel ( 20 min walking distance from the first one). It was completely different from the one we had originally booked and did not match our expectations in anyway, and felt like a sauna as well. Because of this relocation, our journey to the venue went from 25 to 45 minutes, which significantly affected our stay and overall experience. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing “hotel” experience, and certainly not the service or accommodation we originally paid for."
