« We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was super clean and had everything we needed – tea, coffee, all the kitchen bits, and even a lovely Christmas tree, which was such a nice touch. The sofas were super comfy, and the location was great. The only small downside was the electric heaters, which took a bit of time to warm up, so it would’ve been nice if the place was pre-heated before we got there. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely come back! »

« Pas de clim, en pleine canicule. Juste un ventilateur bruyant. Mauvaise nuit. Une des lampes de chevet ne fonctionnait pas. La connexion au WiFi est une aventure. Le staff a mis 1/2 heure à y arriver. Par ailleurs, le parking est très pratique (au pied de l'hotel) et pas cher £10). Petit déjeuner copieux mais pas très goûteux. »

No reply about the process via Expedia messenger in advance, tried to call the number on the booking multiple times during the afternoon before heading to the property and then when we arrived with it going straight to voicemail, then called Expedia customer service who had the same issue initially before finally getting through to someone.
