« Mixed feelings about this stay. I stayed here solo for leisure, 12 nights. The price was very competitive, and the location is excellent — close to several public transport options (Elizabeth Line, Thames Clipper, DLR, and National Rail), with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Unfortunately, the housekeeping fell short. While the bedsheets, towels, and bathroom were perfectly clean, the room itself was quite dusty, and turning on the A/C would send dust particles into the air — not ideal...

« On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place.
