« Clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast was just okay and a bit difficult to serve ourselves in the narrow buffet line with many people. The setup did not flow one direction or the other, so people were bumping into each other, moving back and forth to gather what we needed, use the toaster, etc… »

« Room was clean however one bedside light did not work, shower door leaked on the floor and lower part of the shower on the door was peeling, bathroom needed a bit of maintenance. »

« Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened. »

« The staff was attentive and nice at check in. The only reason I rated it a 3 was the air conditioner did not work properly. I called the front desk and reported it. I was told there was one room left that we could move to, but we were already dressed for bed, or they could have a maintenance man look at it the following afternoon. We were only going to be there for one night. »

« Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. « The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI. »
